Cancellations, Replacements & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Catrendy.
We understand that sometimes things just don't goes as planned. Thus, we make this Refund/Replacement Policy just to help you.
Customers are only allowed to make changes to orders within 12 hours of making their purchases. After the 12 hours window, we will not accept any changes. This is because customer's order are automatically sent to fulfillment and logistics for processing the next morning.
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if there is any urgent changes to the order. We will gladly assist if the order is not yet shipped. Once shipped, customers are not allowed to cancel the order.
Our store offers replacement for orders that fall under the below criteria:
- Wrong item sent (i.e. Color, Size, Pattern)
- Damaged goods upon receiving.
- attached image(s) of the wrongly delivered item or defective product
- your order number
Once your replacement request is reviewed and approved, we will immediately ship the correct order out with no additional cost to you.
Do note, we will not entertain any replacement request after 7 days of receiving the goods.
Our refund policy is valid for 30 Days.
If you wish to initiate a Refund request, the below criteria must be met:
- Package is unopened
- Package is in its original condition
- Package is new
Drop us an email at email@example.com requesting a refund of the order.
Customers will be responsible to ship the package back to our warehouse. Please provide us the tracking number so we can help track your return package.
Upon receiving the returned package and inspected the product, we will initiate a full refund minus shipping fees to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
*Note: Catrendy reserve the sole rights to refuse any Cancellation, Replacement or Refund if the criteria stated above is not met.
